Daily Rituals
Daily Rituals
Not Optional
Over time, I’ve discovered that daily rituals don’t just help me cultivate intuition—they keep my mind grounded and at peace.
With rituals in place, I feel less vulnerable to outside distractions, more tolerant of life’s unpredictability, and more aligned with what is.
For me, ritual means creating a consistent daily routine. Mine usually includes clearing my space, practicing meditation, expressing gratitude, and setting intentions for the day ahead. These practices help me reset and reconnect, but maintaining them while traveling has been far more challenging than at home.

After a few weeks on the road, I felt increasingly unsettled and sensitive to the changing environments.
That’s when I realized I needed to intentionally reintroduce my home rituals into life on the go. It took effort—and it still does, without the familiar comfort of my dedicated space—but once I committed to the practice, I began to feel more centered and like myself again.
My daily rituals are as essential to me as brushing my teeth, getting enough sleep, or eating well. They are not optional—they’re the foundation that supports everything else I do.
